I really wish they’d show some actual proof instead of just making promises about ethical sourcing. It sounds nice, but I’m still unsure without more transparency...

i’m disappointed. The box showed up all smashed, and the bottle had leaked everywhere inside. It really felt like it wasn’t packed well at all, and I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.

"Complaint didn’t get anywhere"
I contacted them about a faulty product and got nowhere. They sent me the same copy-and-paste response twice, with no real help, no refund, and nothing actually resolved. It really felt like they were just hoping I’d give up and go away. For a company this big, the customer service was disappointing. If anyone else runs into the same issue, I’d suggest keeping screenshots, order details, and all emails, because you may need to push hard or take it further.

I do use a few Unilever products, but once you start checking the ingredient lists, you get a little uneasy. There’s often a lot of fragrance and random stuff I have to look up before I feel okay buying it. Some of the product pages don’t really explain things clearly either, so you’re kind of left guessing. I just wish they were more upfront and offered simpler, safer options. It’s not awful, but I don’t fully trust it.

"Just didn’t work for me"
I really wanted to like this, but for whatever reason my skin just didn’t handle it well. After using it, my skin felt dry and itchy, and my hair ended up feeling kind of rough too. Maybe I’m just sensitive to something in it, but it wasn’t a good fit for me

"Not really worth the money anymore"
I’m not sure Unilever products feel like great value these days. Prices seem to keep creeping up, and at least to me, the packs look a bit smaller or just don’t seem to last as long as they used to.
I picked up a few of my usual items from their brands, i kind of felt a bit ripped off. It feels like the same products as before, just more expensive, without anything noticeably better about them.
For what they cost now, I guess I expected a bit more. I’ll probably try some cheaper supermarket own-brand options next time and see if they’re just as good.

I’m disappointed. The policies around animal testing still feel really unclear to me, and it’s frustrating because I was hoping for something way more transparent. It kind of makes my heart sink a bit, because this is one of those things I really care about.

I’m not sure what changed, but this just doesn’t feel as good as it used to. It feels kind of cheap now and doesn’t work very well either, haha. Disappointing overall.

"Kind of let down, honestly"
I used one of their products for a few weeks and... I don’t know, I just didn’t notice much happening. It smelled fine and was easy enough to use, so that part was okay. But the results were underwhelming for me. Maybe it works better for other people or maybe I was expecting too much from a bigger brand, but yeah. Not awful or anything, just a bit disappointing

"Way too heavily scented for me"
I really wanted to like this, but the perfume smell is just way too strong. It gave me a headache quickly, and it seemed to cling to everything after using it. Maybe some people like a stronger scent, but I wish it was toned down a lot more because I kept wondering if it was just me being sensitive.
